Menu planning

I have decided to do a menu from 4-12 thru 5-12 the twelfth is our food stamp day yes I know I'm shocked too that I would announce it on here but the fact is there is only one income coming in & 4 kids to feed. So anyway here is my menu for this week.
On Mondays I've decided to go vegetarian- yes that is correct no meat Mondays but we shall survive.
Monday-
Chips & cheese chili casserole
Homemade bread

Tuesday-
Oven baked cabbage rolls

Wednesday-
Better then takeout chicken fried rice

Thursday-
Crockpot tomatillo cream cheese enchiladas

Friday-
Bacon double cheeseburger grilled cheese sandwich
Fries

Saturday-
Breakfast-
Breakfast pouches
Dinner-
Cowboy lasagna

Party Party Party

Nothing like having a party so soon after prom night for my oldest daughter. So I am ready for a party for myself.
I am a mom that loves sewing and doing crafts, I also love texting, taking pictures and just have fun with my family. Oh my bad I forgot to introduce myself I am Anna and I am 38 yrs old, I have four kids and one dog and one cat(RIP) and a husband.
My husband and I have been married for 18 yrs and he has worked in the Navy, then eye care, a manager of a vision center, and now at TSTECH in Boaz. He enjoys doing computer work, and is really good at it. He also enjoys reading, and watching NASCAR. I almost forgot his name, Paul.
My oldest daughter is Amanda but I nicknamed her Sweetness. She is almost 18 yrs old and is a junior at high school. I love seeing her become her own person and figure out what she wants to become in life. She is also has an ipod addiction as its in her hands always.
My one and only son is Kevin and we just refer to him as The Boy. He is 15 yrs old and is a freshman in high school. He is at that point in life where he is figuring out who he wants to be and really has a mouth with that as well. He is also such a momma's boy but I don't let him know how much I really enjoy it as he needs to be his own. (if that makes sense)
My third child is Meagan and she is 12 yrs old and I nicknamed her Grumpy, and you would think she is older then that as she is more reliable then the two oldest children. She is also trying out for cheerleading for next year and she is thrilled about it. I also hope and wish she go out for track as well, but we shall see.
My youngest is Chelsea and she is 8 yrs old and he nickname is Little Diva. she is my child that tells you what she thinks and also tells you what she is going to do and when she will do it. Yeah she thinks she is 21 yrs old but momma has to bring her back down to her age. She loves to ride her bike without hands and even stands up while doing the no hands riding.
My dog is Olivia she is a black lab. She has a weird way of sleeping that I can't help but laugh at her.

Prom 2013

Well tonight is my oldest daughters junior prom, this momma can't be anymore prouder of her daughter then what I am now. She has came so far since she was in kindergarten, her appendix ruptured & was setting up gang green, she now has a large scar on her stomach because of it, but I will never forget what the surgeon told us after surgery, "if you didn't get her in when you did she wouldn't have survived a few more days" yep a few more days & I would be a mom that has a Heavenly angel child. So moments after that day are memories I can share with her.
