okay just thought I let all of you know how my day started on this wonderful Friday..
Most of ya know how my mornings go with my alarm clock....I HATE IT..if it wasn't for the fact that its my cellie I would throw it across the room...I HATE IT so needless to say up by 6:07am
told kids to get up and picked out what Meagan and Chelsea were going to wear..
both little girls have field day and needed sunscreen on..
told Amanda to wear shorts instead of sweatpants...
checked my bank balance very happy hubby's check was more then what i thought
got kids off on the bus
checked facebook, myspace, twitter (yes I remembered Twitter)
waited for my sis to come and we walked around my neighborhood in fact I took 1,884 steps that was enough to burn 155 calories...wow thought i loose more then that...
we walked around 3 times...I am going to increase it to 5 times by next week..
had one of my protein bars while talking to my sis after our walk..
well after my sis left i had i ate some left over dinner(mexicalli) its so good...
burned a dvd of alice in wonderland...watched that and it was okay...
ate the rest of the mexicalli and some grapes..
is listening to Lady Gaga--The Fame
talking to my sis Tammy on the phone to where she didn't believe me that cellie turns off when you close it..Nobody believes me...but it really does...
its 1:30pm and haven't done anything my left foot hurts and feels swollen...well its the bottom like by the toes also known as the pad of the foot
now being its Friday we normally go out and my feet hurt...pray for me
wish i knew where we were going for dinner...I'm just hungry...
ok sis had to get her food so she called me back and we just got done and its 2pm and still haven't done anything...well I'm not going to do anymore on here...just letting ya know that my Fridays are so much nicer then the rest of the week..
Mexicalli recipe
2lbs of turkey meat(i used Hamburger meat)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 1/3 cups of uncooked rice
1 can of black olives
2 cans of beans (suppose to be kidney beans but didn't have any so I used chili beans)
1 green pepper diced
1 onion
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 cloves of garlic minced
cheese
cook meat and pepper and onion till meat is cooked all the way.. add everything into a bowl and stir add meat mixture....add everything into a big casserole pan cover with foil for 1hr and then uncover and add cheese and cook for 5 to 10 mins till cheese is melted
its so good...LOVE IT
