weekends are crazy

Parents of kids usually know that weekends are the most craziest days of the week mainly cause the kids and hubby are home. Well I always consider Friday as part of the weekend...So this is how our weekend started...

Friday I took the van so I can get the bills paid before the kids got off of school(Christmas Holiday) So that always means I must be ready by 6am...which all those that know me knows how hard that is...usually at 6am I am just getting out of bed..Got home from taking the hubby to work and dealt with fussing kids telling me that they don't got to go to school cause their teachers told them that..Well I being super momma said to them Your going to school....guess who won that battle...ME

After hubby got off of work we all came home and allowed the kids to draw names for Christmas..Can't really tell you who got who or what they got...they are all round me right now... I will after Christmas..anywho we all went to a Chinese place to eat..(some wanted that some didn't) We had to draw to see where we were going..so I will post later what their fortune was...I am hoping I got them all..they like to hold onto them and not turn them over to me...I also have pictures of the family as they all eat...I will try to only post a few pictures way to many to list on here...

Saturday we went and did the shopping for the kids Christmas presents..(still can't list them) then went to Guntersville I took two of them into Dollar Tree and got some stuff for their stockings(they know that I do that) then went to Walmart and got some food to take over to my mom & stepdad's house and fixed dinner and played cards-Groups and Runs is the card game that the hubby taught all of us..groups are 3 or more of a kind like (3) Kings or (5) 8's Runs are 4 or more in a suite like 9,10,Jack,Queen,King of hearts or 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 of spades...its a fun game but loosing sucks..you count your cards if someone goes out and your stuck with your cards still in your hands...Jokers are worth 50 points, Aces are 20 points(I think)Kings through 9's are worth 10 points, and 8 through 2 are worth 5 points...so as you can see your points can really rack up..the less points you have then you win..Well needless to say I lost both games we played..

Sunday we went to church..It was nice to see everyone..and then they mentioned that they were having their Christmas play tonight well I was so hoping to go but I got a really bad headache and decided not to go...Shame on you...You say... well I say.....
