Well today is the last full week of summer and I can't be more excited. I love my kids please don't doubt that but sometimes a mom needs a moment to herself. I am not even safe going to the bathroom cause I always get someone knocking on the door wanting to ask me something or to tattle on someone. I wasn't aware that 13 yr old boys become such tattlers but they sure do and even more so then the girls.
I also took advantage of the tax free weekend and the fact that my kids love to sleep. So on Saturday I took hubby to the golf course for a tournament and then headed straight to Wal-Mart with Wal-Mart credit card in hand and got all the school supplies I needed plus a little for myself. Got home just as my kids were getting up out of bed. I so wish I had a picture of what I got but I didn't. So then on Sunday the whole family went clothes shopping and I was exhausted trying to find 4 kids clothes and shoes wow its expensive.
The whole school stuff gets me annoyed not only do you have to buy school supplies, clothes but the schools want you to pay for fees and what bugs me the most is you have to pay either $5-$10 for a locker that is already in the school I am like what is up with that? With the cost of fees alone for my 4 kids it would cost almost $200 and that isn't including what we spent on supplies and clothes that $200 is just the fees they charge you for letting my kids attend a public school system. So not only does the supplies and clothes cost the arm and leg you need but then its fees so its like how do you afford sending your kids to school? With a lot of prayers
